When psychometrics becomes a strategic lever: Iceberg Management's guidance of CTI Isolation

At CTI Isolation, the organizational challenges were numerous: the company's rapid growth, as well as its operational and strategic needs, required a targeted approach to ensure seamless growth and cohesion between the various teams. Iceberg Management supported the company in reviewing its organizational structure using the RACI method, resulting in adjustments to roles and responsibilities within the management team. Before considering future directions and embarking on strategic thinking, the management team expressed a desire to get to know each other better and improve mutual trust.
