Job Summary
The Senior React Developer's main responsibility is to develop and maintain our React applications in collaboration with our front-end team. The Senior React Developer will mentor and guide our front-end developers, participate in the design and innovation of the React solution architecture with our solution architect and technical lead, aiming to increase our product development productivity.
Specific Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain our React applications.
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams (product, UX, marketing) to evolve our platform.
- Participate in architecture, technical design, and planning discussions.
- Provide mentoring and support to front-end developers to maximize their potential.
- Ensure front-end development quality standards through code reviews and suggesting potential improvements to our front-end team.
- Contribute to software development best practices, emphasizing code quality, unit testing, and end-to-end testing.
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in developing large-scale front-end applications.
- At least 3 years of experience with React.
- At least 2 years of experience with Typescript.
- Experience with React State Management libraries such as Mobx, Redux, RTK, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of software development best practices, SOLID principles, and relevant design patterns in React and Typescript.
- Experience mentoring junior and intermediate developers.
- Experience in an Agile work environment.
Desirable, but not essential:
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience with internal component library management.
- Bilingual (English and French).

- Query Management: Axios (Legacy), migrating to Tanstack Query
- Back-End: C# .NET 6

Salary : To discuss
Conditions : Full time
Schedule : Monday to Friday
Location : Hybrid, 2 days/week at the office (Metro: Square Victoria)
