The Role
We're looking for a motivated, organized and dynamic customer experience coordinator who shares our mission and wants to develop in an innovative company. We build together, we trust each other, we support each other and we revolutionize work with our technology.

The Customer Experience Coordinator will work at the heart of our dedicated consulting team. They will coordinate various projects with customers (internal and external) and carry out the necessary follow-ups to ensure that they run smoothly. They will also provide front-line support to our customers. This person will bring added value to the success of our projects thanks to their organizational skills, efficiency and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
This role is :
- Part-time (22.5 hours per week)
- Work schedule from Monday to Friday (flexible schedule - exact work days to be determined)
- Hybrid mode : Remote work and 1 day a week at the office (downtown Montreal)
Specific Responsabilities
- Plan, organize and coordinate the various stages of projects in collaboration with external customers and the consulting services team.
- Update and follow up on projects according to established deadlines and work processes.
- Respond to customer questions and needs on multiple platforms: chat, email or phone (first-line support).
- Support the nurturing team by following up with customers.
- Create customer/partner accounts in the Atman platform.
- Maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management application).
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Protect the confidential data of the Company, its customers and partners.
- Carry out incident management activities according to established processes.
